Trailblazer by Portage North

The Trailblazer is the newest and most advanced of our Day Pack series. As with both of the Guide Packs, the Trailblazer is built for a small assortment of gear while offering a wider range of utility through pockets. Compared side-by-side with the Guide Packs, the Trailblazer’s main compartment is nearly the same size as both Guide Packs combined, filling in an important roll between small day-pack designs and larger portage packs. It accomplishes all of this while also having the same front and side pockets as the Guide Packs for additional volume and utility. The Trailblazer also goes beyond the Guide Packs through a variety of upgraded features such as a padded foam back, included waist belt, and a large-volume lid pocket which brings nearly ten additional liters of space to the pack. Like all of our packs, it is made out of rugged 1000 denier cordura with the same durability and dependability found in our largest outfitter packs or our smallest day pack.
