If you missed last evening's TPT Almanac show, there is a new book out titled "The Last Entry Point". Author Joe Friedrichs relates numerous stories about trips to the BW gone bad and where people have lost their lives. Sounds a bit unnerving, but truly interesting! Something I intend to add to my library.

Good timing, as I just came here to post about this as well. I just finished the book and it was truly captivating and also it wasn't all about death in the BW, but it talks about other encounters there as well.
A great read. Highly recommend.
(Disclaimer, I count myself as a friend of author Joe Friedrichs and he actually interviewed me about my experiences on Fishdance Lake for the book)
PS - his book "Her Island" about Cache Bay's longest park ranger Janice Matichuk is also a great read.

We all have to believe in something. I believe I'll go paddle.
